Who employs the engineers?
Bydrec does. We are the employer of record: your engineers work full time on annual contracts through us, and we handle payroll, local benefits, and taxes in their home country. You get one invoice.
Who owns the work?
You do. Every engineer signs IP assignment and confidentiality agreements that cover your code.
What if it's not working?
