My day starts very early, and the first thing I do is say a prayer to God for a productive and successful day. I check the pending emails and the status of active offers, the comments on the candidates sent. According to my calendar, I develop the scheduled interviews and the review of profiles, candidate searches and other requests from the company.
What is the one thing they love most about their job with Bydrec?
What I like most about my work at Bydrec has been seeing the company grow since its beginnings and being able to visualize the great growth projection it has. In my day to day, I really like the interaction with the candidates and being able to learn about their professional career. Some candidates are very generous and allow me to learn something about their personal life, their culture, their future plans and projects. Even though the interaction is through a screen, virtually, it is very gratifying to be able to get to know them and for the interview to be warm and human.
